David Lopez was born in La Rioja, Spain but grew up in San Sebastian (food capital of Spain) where he studied to be a chef. He has also lived for more than a decade in the UK and for the past years, in the Philippines. He has worked and trained with many prestigious establishments ranging from 3 Michelin star restaurants to 5 star hotels. He was awarded ¨BEST RESTAURANT IN THE PHILIPPINES 2014¨ by Tatler.
